Project Torch Light is an effort by Wisconsin Wing to improve its emergency services capabilities. The project's mission is to provide Wisconsin Wing with effective emergency services doctrine, training, and technology. The Torch Light Project Office, established on 21 April 2001, manages the project and oversees the Doctrine, Training, and Technology Teams as well as the Administrative Support Element. The Project Director reports to the Wing Director of Emergency Services.
